Uplift Resource Class Application

This form is for people looking to invest in Uplift by offering classes for the homeschool community.  Our Resource Center is part of our cooperative and is meant to supplement home education. This is accomplished through classes, field trips, special events, tutoring, workshops, events, curriculum swaps and more. 
Resource tutors charge a price per student for the class offered.  Tutors choose a minimum and maximum class size.  Tutors expect the money directly from the family participating in the class.  
We offer Resource classes on Tuesdays either 1:05 - 2:05 or 2:10 - 3:10pm for 10 week blocks.

Fridays after 12pm and are flexible on time of the class but these are 8 week terms.

As a Resource Tutor for Uplift I would agree to the following:

Statement of Faith

Each tutor at Uplift invests their time in the unique and exciting opportunity to help shape young lives. We ask that those who take a position of leadership (such as tutoring) read and agree to the above basic doctrinal beliefs of the Christian faith. The Uplift leadership team will review and approve all classes offered.
